We have achieved widespread recognition for producing films and television programmes of the highest quality for UK, US and international broadcasters. Our reputation is based on quality series from Interior Design Masters, Yorkshire Steam Railway and What Britain Buys and Sells, to landmark singles such as In Cold Blood, The Secrets of the Salisbury Poisonings, Touching The Void and Richard III: The King in The Carpark.

From our bases in London and Brighton, we produce high quality programmes for many of the world’s leading broadcasters, including National Geographic, BBC, Netflix, Discovery, ITV, and Channel 5. Donna Clark joined DSP as Managing Director in 2017. 

Prior to DSP,  Donna worked at the BBC where she was Head of Commissioning, Formats and Features. Whilst at the BBC,  her commissions included Full Steam Ahead, Employable Me (winner of the RTS award 2017 for Best Popular Factual and Features), Back to the Land, and The World’s Most Extraordinary Homes. 

Before the BBC, Donna worked at Lion TV where she executive produced 15 Kids and Counting (C4), Kew on a Plate (BBC), Young Soldiers (BBC) and Transplant (BBC).

Other executive producer credits include Don’t Tell the Bride (C4), My Childhood (BBC) and Fat Men Can’t Hunt (BBC).

Alexis is an experienced creative director and executive producer whose commissions span factual entertainment formats, reality, specialist factual and documentaries. She's passionate about shows that make people laugh, think, and take them to places they may not have expected when they first switched on. 
She joined DSP from ITV backed start-up Koska, where she was Creative Director. Series commissions included At War With The Noise Next Door (C5), Cruising With The Nolans (Quest) and Charlotte Church: Building The Dream (Discovery).
Prior to that, she was Creative Director at Renegade Pictures, where her commissions included Barely Legal Drivers (BBC), The Nick (ITV), Date My Porn Star (C4), Lose Weight For Love (BBC) and the BAFTA-nominated documentary series The Tribe (C4).

Vic is DSP’s Head Of Production and oversees all our production management from development to delivery. She joined the company in September 2018. Previously she was Head Of Production at Brinkworth Television, and prior to that Vic was Production Executive at indies Twenty Twenty, Maverick and Studio Lambert and had previously been Unit Manager at the Discovery Channel across all Lifestyle and Entertainment programming in the UK and Europe and US factual landmark series.

She has extensive experience on a range of primetime and award winning series and specials across a wide range of genres. Her credits include major series for other companies like Can’t Pay? We’ll Take It Away (C5), Ross Kemp on Gangs (Sky), Masterchef (BBC), Have I Got News For You (BBC), Stephen Fry: Out There (BBC) and Kids with Tourettes (ITV).

Jessica joined DSP as a Development Executive in 2018,  working across popular factual, documentaries and specialist factual. She developed the Emmy award winning In Cold Blood (ITV) as well as series such as What Britain Buys and Sells in a Day (BBC), Made in a Day (Nat Geo) and Great Smog (C5).

Prior to this she worked at Lion TV where she developed shows such as, The Truth About…Sleep (BBC), We are British Jews (BBC), Full Steam Ahead (BBC), The World’s Most Luxurious Airline (C4), Time Commanders (BBC) Hunt for the Arctic Ghost Ship (C4/Nat Geo) and Transplant (BBC).

Gemma is DSP’s in-house Producer, working across a huge range of exciting and ambitious Factual projects, both in Development and on Production.

She joined DSP as a Runner in 2013 and has been instrumental in winning big documentary and specialist factual shows, producing them from conception through to broadcast, including: 12-part access series Made in a Day (Nat Geo), history series 24 Hours in the Past (BBC) and Made in Great Britain (BBC), the ratings hit Nazi Megastructures (Nat Geo) and several boxset history series for Channel 5.

Gemma applies both her desire to ‘think big’ and determination to bring a populist edge to history and science programmes.

Danyca joined DSP in May 2021 as a freelance Senior Coordinator on the third series of Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr, after working on the fourth series as Junior Production Manager, she has recently taken a step up to Production Manager on the upcoming series.

Starting her career in TV 5 years ago as Production Secretary on Saving Lives at Sea (BBC), Danyca quickly progressed to Production Coordinator, gaining multiple credits across a variety of factual and factual entertainment broadcast programmes, shot both in the UK and Internationally.

Some of her most prominent credits include: At War with the Noise Next Door (C5), The Nolans Go Cruising , Britain’s Deadliest Kids, Worlds Deadliest Kids, Countdown to Murder and Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr (BBC).

Serena Dhaliwal is DSP’s Producer Director, joining the company for the fourth series of Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr, having previously worked on both series 2 & 3.

Before DSP, Serena worked on an array of primetime factual-entertainment shows including Glow Up (BBC), Undercover Big Boss (ITV) and SAS Who Dares Wins (C4).

Cassie joined the Banijay Group in June 2021 prior to which she was a Tinopolis, ITV and Studiocanal.  Her experience is across unscripted and scripted programming and film distribution.

Tom has been working within the Banijay Group since 2016, and now heads up legal and business affairs for DSP, Dragonfly and Endemol Shine North. He has been working in the legal side of the TV industry since 2004, and has done time at the BBC, FremantleMedia, Hat Trick Productions and NBC Universal.
